Sr Jaspal Singh unpacked practical, often-disputed concepts: exceptionally inclement weather, float in programme, suspension and abandonment of works, force majeure and frustration, what it really means to ‘issue’ a certificate, condition precedent clauses, and the definition of ‘working days’ under CIPAA 2012. A fitting refresher for professionals who deal with these terms daily but have never seen them broken down this clearly.
