CIDB-Accredited Certification. Nationally Recognised

ARH Centrum is an authorised CIDB Pusat Bertauliah (PLB) — one of a limited number of accredited training providers licensed to deliver SKKP (Sijil Kemahiran Kerja Pembinaan) certification programmes in Malaysia.

Our current CIDB-accredited offering is the Certificate in Construction Project Management (CCPM) at SKKP Level 6 — mandated by CIDB Circular No. 3/2023 for construction projects above RM1 million. Programmes are HRDC SBL-Khas claimable. PLB Accreditation: PLB/SL/2025/0165, valid October 2025 – October 2028.

Why This Programme Matters

CIDB Circular No. 3/2023 mandates that all construction projects above RM1 million must have at least one CIDB SKKP-certified project management professional on the team. For projects above RM20 million, CCPM certification is a requirement for Form G endorsement — without it, projects cannot proceed through the regulatory approval process.

ARH Centrum is one of a limited number of CIDB authorised PLBs licensed to deliver CCPM SKKP Level 6. Our accreditation is current and fully active (PLB/SL/2025/0165, valid to October 2028).
