Simon Shah bin Hisham is the Managing Director of ARH Centrum and a Quantity Surveyor with ARH Jurukur Bahan Sdn Bhd. A graduate of the University of Westminster, London, he brings a cross-sector background spanning quantity surveying, construction cost management, contract administration and ESG implementation, complemented by extensive experience in marketing and business development within the automotive sector, financial services and technology. He has international experience across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe, with a proven track record in client portfolio management, regional sales, high-level negotiations and large-scale industry events.
Under his leadership, ARH Centrum achieved CIDB Pusat Latihan Bertauliah (PLB) accreditation and HRD Corp registration — positioning the centre as a credible, credentialed provider of professional development for Malaysia’s construction industry.

Ts. Sr. Dr. Zakaria Mohd Yusof holds a PhD in Technical and Vocational Education and has a distinguished career in quantity surveying and construction education. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (FRISM), a Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), and a Certified Construction Project Manager accredited by CIDB. His professional expertise spans technical and vocational education, project management, construction measurement, estimating and tendering.
With over a decade of experience as a certified trainer, Dr. Zakaria has played an active role in advancing professional standards through training, advisory appointments and industry engagement. He has served on national and state-level committees, contributed to the development of industry standards, and participated as a speaker and panelist at conferences and seminars, supporting skills development and capacity building within the construction industry.
